I think this quote is trying to say is that us people should not be hanging around in a bad area, we should just stick to where we are and not get our plans ruined by having negativity around, we should always have good company with us, so that our future will get better and rise up more, and sometimes when we want to go solo, we go solo in a good way not in a bad way.
