Education: completing 4 year bachelors degree program in biology,pre medicine or related field

Demand or Need for this profession:, 4 to 5 year orthopedic surgery residency in a hospital

The job sounds interesting and the salary is good but it wouldn’t be for me, this career seems a lot of work to do and i would like to help but i don’t think its right.
