The meaning of this quote is about acting mature, “ask yourself is it right or wrong and act accordingly” this part is mostly saying to make a mature decision, we must think before we do it, for example if we see money fall out from someone’s pocket, and its just laying right there, you think to yourself “if i return it to the owner thats the right thing to do, but if i take it and its not mine and they needed it more then its wrong” we must think first to make good actions.
