St. Patrick’s Day

Saint Patrick’s Day or the feast of saint patrick, is a religious celebration held on March 17, the traditional death date of saint patrick, the foremost patron saint of ireland. Saint patrick’s day was made an official christian feast day in early 17th century and is observed by the catholic church. Wearing of the green. On St Patrick’s Day, it is customary to wear shamrocks and/or green clothing, the color associated with the catholics in ireland. Everyone would gather up and celebrate st patricks day they even made parades for this event!
